Contains E290 food co2 to carbonate water.

For an average carbonation, about 5 grams of CO2 are used for each liter of water.

All CO2 cylinders supplied by H2O are complete with residual valve, as they guarantee the purity of the gas.

The residual valves for CO2 (positive pressure), serve to maintain a minimum pressure inside the cylinder; thus humidity and foreign substances cannot enter the cylinder, even if the valve is completely open.

Cylinder replacement: requires a 28mm wrench to unscrew (and screw) the hexagonal ring that couples the pressure reducer to the cylinder (operation carried out by our technicians)
