1) the product code
2) a detailed description of the problem
3) the reference of the purchase document
The products to be returned, only after our confirmation with the RMA number, must have the original packaging intact and arrive carriage paid (transport at the expense of the sender).
Repair / replacement within the warranty terms, with return shipping at our expense.
Repair not under warranty: in case of expired time limits, lack of purchase document, negligence of use, wear, omitted maintenance, non-observance of instructions, improper use, etc., the repair costs and shipping costs will be charged
